Prepare the Package
Securely pack the padel racket in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the grip seal has not been removed.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our sports equipment specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
