What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide using premium couriers. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and tracking information is provided as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a racket if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused rackets in their original packaging with the plastic wrap on the handle intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do you provide a warranty on padel rackets?
All our rackets come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from hitting the glass or floor is not covered.
What payment methods do you accept?

How often should I replace my padel racket?
For regular players (2-3 times a week), we recommend replacing your racket every 6-12 months, as the internal EVA foam loses its elasticity and 'pop' over time.
